Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items

Return Eligibility

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition

  • Due to the nature of our cleaning products, we cannot accept returns on any opened, used, or tampered-with chemical items.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns on:

Opened cartridges or cleaning products

Used mops, pads, or accessories

Final sale or clearance items

Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage

Digital or training-based purchases, where applicable

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

If this happens, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, notify us promptly so we can review the issue.

Please include:

Order number

Description of the issue

Photos of the product

Photos of the packaging if applicable

Do not discard the box or packaging materials until your claim has been resolved.

Return Shipping and Refunds

If a return is approved for reasons other than our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the issue was caused by our team or the item arrived damaged or defective, we will provide the next steps and determine whether a replacement, exchange, or refund is appropriate.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
